Are you looking to be part of a company that’s revolutionizing the energy industry? We're hiring Assembly Technicians to join our team in Newark, DE, where you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

**Position:** Assembly Technician

**Pay:** $21/hr _(day)_ $24.15/hr _(night)_

**Schedule:** Day shift and Night shift

Mon - Thurs (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), possible mandatory overtime on Fridays

Mon - Thurs (7:00PM - 5:30AM or 6:00PM - 4:30AM)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform advanced product assembly according to specifications.

+ Select materials from kit carts and ensure compliance with 5S principles.

+ Inspect completed work, operate various machines, and perform preventive maintenance.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Skills & Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalency required.

+ Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

+ Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools.

+ Strong communication, must be able to read, write and speak English

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

+ Must wear PPE, and may require wearing a respirator.
