Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mechanical Technician 2 to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician 2, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Mechanical Technician 2

**Location:** Tualatin, OR

**Pay Range:** $30.61

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

+ Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.

+ Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.

+ Assist with general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, repairing office furniture, and door repairs.

+ Support the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment as directed by the operations team.

+ Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and perform other assigned tasks.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1-3 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical skills.

+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate initiative.

+ Valid state driver’s license (if applicable).
