Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and laboratory services industry, is seeking a Sr Application Developer to join their team. As a Sr Application Developer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and related applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Quincy, Massachusetts
**Pay Range:** $78.50
What's the Job?
+ Provide analytical support for the development and implementation of complex, interconnected systems, including LIMS and other related applications.
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all new and existing laboratory information management systems and related processes.
+ Lead technical projects, manage technical issues, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Assist in database design, reporting, and system upgrades using technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Java.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation, support ancillary applications, and ensure system stability and performance.
What's Needed?
+ Extensive experience with client/server application technology, object-oriented programming, and relational databases.
+ Proficiency in VB.Net WinForms, C#, .NET Framework 3.0 or greater, .NET Core, SQL scripting, and related tools.
+ Strong understanding of XML, SOAP, WebLogic, and application server environments.
+ Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, lead code reviews, and research new technologies.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
