    Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and development, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting data center telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise and coordinate activities of construction and operating workers on data center projects

    + Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality

    + Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues

    + Develop and execute production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality, and maintenance data

    + Manage vendor relationships, sourcing materials and labor, negotiating terms, and ensuring project timelines are met

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 8+ years of experience in project management within construction or telecommunications sectors

    + Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively

    + Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation

    + Knowledge of construction integration, project scheduling, and quality control processes

    + Certifications such as PMP or RCDD are a plus
