    Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Technical/Help Desk Support Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the IT support department, you will support end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Technical/Help Desk Support Representative

    **Location:** Alpharetta, GA

    **Pay Range:** $22

    **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8AM EST to 9PM EST, hybrid work model with in-office support as needed

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Respond to user inquiries via phone promptly and professionally

    + Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to pharmacy applications, hardware, and software

    + Set expectations for customer follow-up if issues are not resolved on the first call

    + Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams with proper documentation and follow-up

    + Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

    + 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role

    + Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications

    + Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
