    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and medical device industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team responsible for the assembly, refurbishment, and repair of ultrasound machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Technician

    **Location:** Noblesville, IN

    Pay Range: $19

    **Shift:** 1st Shift (Days, 5:00AM - 3:30 PM or 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Thursday; occasional Friday overtime may be required)

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of ultrasound systems and components.

    + Conduct diagnostic and functional testing to verify system performance.

    + Document test results and maintain accurate Device History Records.

    + Identify and replace damaged components; create work orders and manage inventory.

    + Execute software/hardware upgrades and corrective service actions.

    + Collaborate with engineers and team leads to improve product quality and process efficiency.

    + Maintain tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration.

    + Comply with all safety policies, training requirements, and quality system regulations.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, repair, or service.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions in English.

    + Proven reliability, initiative, and teamwork.

    + Excellent time management and attention to detail.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in at least 3 of the Key Skills listed below.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Associate degree or higher in a technical or engineering discipline.

    + Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Medical Devices).

    + Demonstrated proficiency in all Key Skills listed below.

    Key Skills for Success:

    + **Mechanical Aptitude:** Use of hand tools, mechanical assembly, basic repairs.

    + **Troubleshooting:** Diagnosing issues, interpreting test results, replacing components.

    + **Technical Documentation:** Reading and applying manuals, specs, and instructions.

    + **Computer Proficiency:** Navigating MS Office and industry-specific software.

    + **Process Improvement:** Participation in LEAN initiatives and quality enhancements.
