    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a US - Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a US - Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the payroll operations supporting critical system implementations and merger activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** US - Payroll Specialist

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC

    **Pay Range:** $21.50 per hour

    **Shift:** 8am - 5pm ET (may require additional hours as testing ramps up)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with testing and validation efforts for the ADP GlobalView implementation and timekeeping system updates.

    + Support payroll-related aspects of ongoing merger and acquisition activities, including testing and data integration.

    + Ensure accurate calculation of net pay, including computing, withholding, and deductions.

    + Review and organize payroll forms required by federal, state, and local authorities (e.g., W-2s).

    + Oversee paycheck distribution and manage direct deposit programs.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Expertise with ADP GlobalView, Kronos, and SAP timekeeping systems is required.

    + 3-5 years of experience in payroll or a related area.

    + Demonstrated experience in system testing and implementations.

    + Strong understanding of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.

    + High attention to detail and organizational skills.
