    Our client, an industry-leading manufacturing facility specializing in truck bodies assembly, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an integral part of the industrial production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder

    **Location:** Rice Lake, WI

    **Pay Range:** $19.78 - $23.03

    **Shift:** First Shift: Monday - Thursday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform welding tasks in a truck bodies assembly manufacturing environment

    + Ensure quality standards are met during the welding process

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

    + Assist in troubleshooting welding issues and improving processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Prior welding experience in an industrial or automotive setting

    + Ability to operate welding equipment safely and effectively

    + Strong attention to detail and quality control

    + Willingness to learn and develop higher skills for increased earning potential

    + Basic understanding of assembly and mechanical concepts
