Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Process Technician - 3rd Shift, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operation and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Process Technician - 3rd Shift

**Location:** Edinburgh, IN

**Pay Range:** $54080 - $62400

**Shift:** 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

+ Perform mold changes on injection molding machines ranging from 770 – 3500 tons.

+ Start up injection molding machines with existing processes and make necessary parameter adjustments to ensure quality and cycle time standards.

+ Set up auxiliary equipment including robots, hot stamping machines, label applicators, and in-mold label equipment.

+ Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making quick and effective adjustments to maintain production flow.

+ Conduct startup quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

What's Needed?

+ Experience working in injection molding as a process technician.

+ Familiarity with linear robots and their operation.

+ Strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters efficiently.

+ Preferred: RJG or similar injection molding training.
