• Operations Manager

    Actalent (Shreveport, LA)


    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations across all manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met

    + Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and optimize processes

    + Develop and present operational performance reports to corporate stakeholders using Excel and data visualization tools

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support production goals

    + Mentor and guide supervisors and team leads to build a culture of accountability and excellence

    + Support strategic planning and resource allocation in alignment with site-wide objectives

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field

    + 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations

    + Proven success implementing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

    + Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and executive-level presentations

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + U.S. work authorization required

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience managing multiple product lines or high-mix manufacturing environments

    + Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and KPI tracking tools

     

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in a manufacturing environment, offering a dynamic and growing industry setting.

     

    This Position is paying 150-180k with bonus eligibility.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Shreveport, LA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
