Project Manager (Multifamily & Mixed-Use | Hybrid Brooklyn)
Lead high-impact residential and mixed-use projects in a collaborative, design-focused studio.
We’re hiring a Project Manager with 10+ years of architectural experience to oversee multifamily, mixed-use, and cultural projects across NYC and NJ. This is a hybrid role based in Downtown Brooklyn, ideal for someone with strong Revit skills, construction administration experience, and a passion for leading teams and delivering quality design.
About the Role
You’ll manage project design, drawing production, consultant coordination, and construction administration. You’ll mentor junior staff, lead client communication, and ensure compliance with NYC/NJ codes and DOB procedures. Projects range from mid-rise to high-rise multifamily buildings and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead design development, drawing production, and construction administration
+ Manage consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, acoustics, expeditors)
+ Review DOB objections and ensure code compliance
+ Oversee RFIs, ASIs, and drawing submittals
+ Mentor junior staff and report to senior leadership
+ Coordinate client communication and project schedules
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
+ 10+ years of architectural experience, with 2+ years managing NYC/NJ projects
+ Strong experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects
+ Proficiency in Revit (Enscape plug-ins a plus), AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software
+ Familiarity with NYC DOB processes, building codes, and zoning
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
+ Interior design experience is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of brooklyn, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
