    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Housing Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a focus on multi-family and senior living projects. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities to direct a multidisciplinary team in the design and documentation of large-scale housing projects. You will work collaboratively with a talented team of designers, planners, and architects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all phases of design and construction projects.

    + Oversee project schedule, budget, deliverables, and design quality.

    + Manage client and consultant relationships.

    + Communicate critical milestones and project requirements to the project team.

    + Assist in proposal development for potential projects.

    + Ensure quality control and quality assurance of design documents.

    + Identify staff training needs and communicate opportunities for growth.

    Essential Skills

    + 7 years of experience in architecture and project management.

    + Strong design skills and technical knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.

    + Experience in leading multiple projects and developing strong client relationships.

    + Organizational and leadership skills to direct a multidisciplinary project team.

    + Registered Architect.

    + Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Suite programs.

    Work Environment

    Join a collaborative team in a Class A office space located in the 100 N Charles Tower, on the 18th floor with a panoramic view of the city. Our company comprises five studios with 75 employees based in Baltimore, offering diverse project opportunities across various regions including Chicago, Connecticut, and the DMV area. Work on exciting projects within a newly renovated office space and enjoy the opportunity to collaborate across different studios based on workload.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALTIMORE, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
