Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will initially work in both the estimating and project management departments, with the opportunity to transition to the department that best aligns with your skills. Your role will involve performing take-offs and full estimates for sections of a shoring project, and collaborating with owners, general contractors, and engineers to manage portions of the project.
Responsibilities
+ Perform take-offs and create full estimates for shoring project sections.
+ Collaborate with owners, general contractors, and engineers to manage project segments.
+ Engage in project management tasks including handling requests for information and change orders.
+ Work within construction management and project engineering frameworks.
+ Participate in traveling project engineering, focusing on drilled foundations and earthworks.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
+ Interest in drilling and shoring.
+ Willingness and ability to travel after the first 6 months.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in estimating and take-offs.
+ Familiarity with project management processes and construction management.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
