• Project Manager (Part-Time)

    Description

    Good Shepherd is looking for a Project Manager to work part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week. This is an incredible opportunity to impact those in the local community who could use every bit of support being given here. This individual will be spending their time working closely with Fairfax County doing zoning, planning, working with permits/permitting, etc. This position is absolutely critical, as the local community relies on this work being done.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    1. 5+ years of PM experience (residential or multi-family) 2. 2+ years of Affordable Housing Experience 3. Guidelines, building codes, & experience with full-cycle manufactured home building & implementation

    This is a Contract position based out of Alexandria, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
