    Job Title: Structural Lead - Bridge

    Job Description

    Lead all structural engineering initiatives across the state of Tennessee. Manage structural projects using both traditional and alternative delivery methods. Collaborate with a large, multidisciplinary bridge team, and support work-sharing efforts across the organization, contributing to a portfolio of over 100 active structural projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead structural engineering initiatives across Tennessee.

    + Manage structural projects, employing both traditional and alternative delivery methods.

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary bridge team.

    + Support work-sharing efforts across the organization.

    + Contribute to a portfolio of over 100 active structural projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

    + 10–20 years of progressive experience in bridge and structural design.

    + Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee preferred.

    + At least 4 years of experience working with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) preferred.

    + Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenBridge Modeler, InRoads, and/or OpenRoads Designer.

    + Experience with structural analysis tools such as OpenBridge Designer, Merlin, LEAP Steel, CSI Bridge, or similar software.

    + Familiarity with DOT design standards and related specifications.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Strong communication and analytical skills.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working collaboratively with a large team within the company, using various advanced engineering software tools. This position requires adherence to DOT design standards and guidelines while managing multiple projects across different work environments.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
