    Description

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.

    + Proactively identify and report safety hazards and incidents.

    + Accurately complete GMP documentation and review basic records such as logbooks.

    + Assist in revising procedures under direct supervision.

    + Participate in investigations and support execution of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

    + Contribute to small-scale continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Perform assigned production activities, ensuring all required training is completed and compliant prior to operations.

    + Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify abnormal results and escalate issues appropriately.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in designated process areas.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Minimum education requirements: high school diploma. Bachelors preferred

    + A biotechnology certificate preferred.

    + Must have knowledge of basic laboratory instrumentation such as use of pH meter, UV instrumentation, and solution delivery systems (process skids).

    + Two plus years of experience in cGMP manufacturing environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
