Job Title: Program AdministratorJob Description
Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in the daily management of programs by utilizing a wide range of administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
+ Gather, compile, analyze, and report various data elements of the program including scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO.
+ Participate in program planning to include defining program objectives, developing and maintaining schedules, and developing the program work breakdown structure.
+ Define and negotiate program budgets and spend plans, generate program work packages, define task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents, and develop program schedules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ B.S. in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business; or equivalent education and work experience.
+ Three years of program-related experience with an emphasis on project management, including scheduling, program planning, program organization, budgeting, analyzing and reporting financial and schedule information, and data management.
Work Environment
Work in an engineering/office environment. The schedule follows a 9-80 format, meaning employees are off every other Friday, and onsite work is required five days per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
