Job Title: Electrical Engineer Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong interest in Power Delivery and Renewable Energy projects. You will play a key role in designing and executing electrical systems for a variety of facilities including substations, solar farms, battery storage units, data centers, and hydropower stations. This position offers the opportunity to cross-train across multiple disciplines, gaining expertise in substation design, power generation, and distribution systems.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and coordinate single or multidiscipline engineering teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
+ Supervise and mentor entry-level engineers.
+ Manage large, complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects simultaneously.
+ Maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, design, and production meetings.
+ Facilitate collaborative work sessions with stakeholders to develop deliverables.
+ Oversee staffing and workload planning to ensure timely project completion.
+ Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
+ Conduct periodic reviews with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership.
+ Implement and uphold QA/QC procedures.
+ Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
+ 2–5+ years of experience in substation or utility engineering
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
