Description: This person may sit fully remote but needs to reside in Ohio, Northern, KY, or Southeast Indiana

+ Small engineering firm (20) associates out of Cincinnati, OH. The firm plans to grow 30% within the next 6 to 9 months. Currently producing $4-$5M of revenue each year.

+ Projects will range from commercial, medical, entertainment, residential, and retail

Power Distribution Design

+ Layout of electrical panels, transformers, and circuits.

+ Load calculations and panel schedules.

Lighting Design

+ Placement of lighting fixtures.

+ Lighting calculations and photometric analysis.

+ Emergency lighting and exit signage.

Fire Alarm & Low Voltage Systems

+ Routing and placement of fire alarm devices.

+ Coordination of data, security, and AV systems.

Qualifications:

+ Strong proficiency in Revit and autocad

+ Working knowledge of building codes and systems, construction and construction technology, all design phases (SD, DD, CD), as well as design and construction document coordination.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
