    Job Title: Construction Scheduler

    Job Description:

    Actalent is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to support the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring efficient labor resource allocation and maintaining accurate project timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with scheduling software and a solid understanding of construction operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor and forecast labor needs across multiple projects using standardized scheduling tools, including comparative schedules, short-term planning documents, and resource-based labor curves.

    + Develop and maintain detailed schedules for large-scale projects and specific work areas using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

    + Integrate labor hour estimates into project timelines to support resource planning and decision-making.

    + Regularly update project schedules to reflect actual hours worked and align with labor tracking tools.

    + Collaborate with construction teams to gather and incorporate real-time schedule updates.

    + Create schedules that account for potential impacts and alternative scenarios.

    + Perform additional tasks as needed to support project and team success.

    Required Skills:

    + Construction scheduling and management

    + Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

    + Schedule planning and coordination

    + Strong understanding of project administration and data entry

    Qualifications:

    + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
