    Job Title: Sr FPGA Engineer

    Job Description

    Design and implement FPGA-based solutions to support real-time, high-accuracy micro-location systems. Incorporate advanced DSP and IQ radio processing algorithms that enable centimeter-level precision in dynamic environments. Streamline FPGA resource usage for high-speed interfaces and precision timing applications. Partner with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, RF, and product design) to explore new approaches for micro-location accuracy and robustness. Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends in signal processing, radio interfaces, and localization methods. Rapidly prototype cutting-edge concepts and translate them into viable, production-ready solutions.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and implement FPGA-based solutions for micro-location systems.

    + Streamline FPGA resource usage for high-speed interfaces and timing applications.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance micro-location accuracy.

    + Investigate emerging technologies and trends in signal processing.

    + Prototype and develop cutting-edge concepts into production-ready solutions.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in FPGA/ASIC design and RTL implementation.

    + Solid understanding of DSP algorithms and IQ radio processing.

    + Proficiency with FPGA development toolchains (Vivado) and version control systems (Git).

    + Experience in designing and optimizing high-performance DSP algorithms.

    + Ability to work from concept ideas to develop production-ready solutions.

    + Thrives in a fast-paced R&D environment.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Familiarity with error correction, MIMO, beamforming, or similar advanced signal processing methods.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
