Job Title: Phlebotomist - Flagstaff
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team in Flagstaff. The role involves drawing blood from patients and performing specimen processing within a clinic setting. You will be responsible for the collection and receipt of biological specimens, proper entry into our computer system, preparation of samples for analytical testing, and distribution to the appropriate analytical areas. This position also includes performing specified analytical testing as assigned, adhering to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
+ Draw blood and collect biological specimens from patients.
+ Process and prepare specimens for analytical testing.
+ Enter specimen data into the computer system accurately.
+ Distribute specimens to the appropriate analytical areas.
+ Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
+ Adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills
+ 1 or more years of prior phlebotomy experience
+ Experience with blood draw and specimen processing.
+ Strong teamwork skills.
+ GED or High School Diploma required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Comfortable working in a team of phlebotomists.
Work Environment
This position is located at our Flagstaff PSC, where you will work alongside a team of phlebotomists. The work schedule consists of rotating 8-hour shifts from 6 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Our organization offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, including the possibility to advance to a Phlebotomy Technician 2 role after six months, accompanied by a pay increase. We emphasize internal promotions for leadership roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flagstaff, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
