    Job Title: Construction Integration Manager Job Description

     

    The main function of this role is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. The manager will implement strategies to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Implement measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

    + Review operations and consult with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.

    + Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems.

    + Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving personal grievances.

    + Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.

    + Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience in Construction Integration.

    + Expertise in construction, construction management, and fit-out projects.

    + Strong project management skills with over 8 years of experience.

    + Effective oral and written communication skills with over 8 years of experience.

    + Vendor management experience spanning over 8 years.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + PMP and RCDD certifications are a plus.

    + High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.

    + Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution.

    + Understanding of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.

    + Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

    Work Environment

    This position is located in the specified region with two openings available. The role requires a commitment to a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. The work environment involves a combination of walkthroughs, meetings, vendor management, and project schedule management.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $78.00 - $88.00/hr.
