    Now Hiring: Senior Quality Technician – Laboratory Operations

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Senior Quality Technician** to join a fast-paced laboratory team. This bench-based role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in chemistry, food science, or biological sciences who are passionate about laboratory testing, safety, and quality assurance.

     

    You’ll be responsible for analyzing customer samples, preparing reagents, maintaining laboratory instruments, and ensuring GLP compliance, while performing a select set of assays with accuracy and attention to detail.

     

    **Location:** St. Louis, MO

    **Pay Rate:** Up to $ 23.47/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    **Assignment** Type: Temporary (Full-Time, Long-Term Potential)

    **Dress Code:** Business Casual | PPE Provided

    **Environment** : Pet-friendly facility

    Key Responsibilities

    Safety & Compliance

    • Adhere to all safety practices and PPE requirements within NP Analytical Laboratories.

    • Identify and correct unsafe behaviors or conditions.

    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workspace.

    Laboratory Testing

    • Receive and log samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

    • Perform chemical assays and maintain full traceability and accuracy in reporting.

    • Prepare reagents and standards; manage workflow priorities effectively.

    • Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment according to SOPs and quality plans.

    Data & Quality Management

    • Utilize Excel and LIMS for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

    • Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality management procedures.

    • Participate in lab investigations and apply corrective actions when necessary.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Safely lift and move materials as required.

    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality reviews.

    • Support supply ordering and routine equipment maintenance.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.

     

    Experience: 1–3 years in a laboratory, food testing, or analytical environment preferred.

     

    Technical Skills: Basic Excel proficiency, data accuracy, and LIMS familiarity.

     

    Other: Must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment and able to lift 50 lbs.
