    About the Role

     

    Adecco is currently assisting a local company in recruiting for a **2nd Shift Operator I** position in **Sterling, VA** . This is a **temporary opportunity** offering a pay rate of **$14.50 per hour** .

     

    _Note: This shift is not ideal for Metro commuters._

    Shift Schedule:

    + **2nd Shift:** 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

    Responsibilities

    + Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

    + Verify raw and finished materials meet all quality standards.

    + Follow recipes and workstation procedures precisely.

    + Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

    + Report any quality or equipment issues immediately.

    + Perform assigned duties efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

    Experience & Requirements

    + Ability to understand and follow directions in English (Spanish a plus).

    + Familiar with measurements (weight, volume, and temperature).

    + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

    + Prior culinary, food production, or warehouse experience preferred.

    Education

    + Minimum of 6th-grade education required.

    + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.

    Dress Code

    + No ripped jeans or dresses.

    + No jewelry, gems, or bedazzled clothing.

    + No nail polish; short natural nails only (no acrylics).

    Physical & Work Requirements

    + Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.

    + Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.

    + Work in cold or freezer environments ranging from **+45°F to -10°F** .

    + Must follow all plant hygiene and safety regulations.

    **Pay Details:** $14.50 to $13.00 per hour
