    We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Contracts Manager to oversee and manage contracts on construction sites. This role requires expertise in contract strategy development, negotiation, and procurement processes to ensure project success.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in preparing Contract Strategy Documents.

    + Review and assist with preparation of Single Source Justifications and Scope of Work documents.

    + Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements.

    + Establish Negotiation Plans and conduct or participate in negotiations.

    + Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings.

    + Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

    + Implement new contract process controls when appropriate.

    + Communicate regularly with the home office on Procurement matters.

    + Produce and compile accurate reports for the project team, stakeholders, and clients.

    + Develop an advanced understanding of construction and related contract agreements.

    + Conduct price analysis, modeling, purchase-price cost analysis, and identify competitive benchmarks.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of experience in Construction Contracts or Procurement, including change orders, RFP, and project management.

    + Proficiency in procurement, contracts administration, and contracts management.

    + Strong understanding of construction contract requirements and the preparation of RFPs/RFIs.

    + Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships.

    + Effective time management and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency with various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.

    + Results-focused with a proactive approach to workload.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preferred - BS in Engineering, Science, or Management.

    + Experience in Construction is desired.

    + Project Management experience required.

    + Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

    + Experience working on a variety of projects, including technology-based clients.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in SAT80 and requires a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. The role supports construction procurement and contract-related activities. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $74.00 - $84.00/hr.
