Job Title: Remote Estimator – Stadiums!

About the Role

Join a high-performing team supporting the building of LA olympic stadium. As a Remote Estimator, you’ll play a key role in cost management, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and cost-effective project delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced estimators with a background in civil, architectural, or structural projects, stadium experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation

+ Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and timelines

+ Conduct quantity take-offs and support virtual site assessments

+ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates

+ Utilize estimating software to model costs and generate reports

+ Track actual costs and adjust estimates as project scope evolves

+ Evaluate cost-effectiveness and risk factors of proposed designs

+ Maintain a database of suppliers, contractors, and historical cost data

+ Assist in bid preparation and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

+ 5+ years of estimating experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering

+ Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office

+ Experience with architectural, structural, and civil projects

+ Strong understanding of construction sequencing and cost modeling

+ Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams

Preferred Experience

+ Stadium Background

+ Background in ground-up project or construction management

+ Familiarity with Revit and commercial construction workflows

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
