Job Title: Production TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Technicians to join our team in OKC. You will work in a highly regulated environment, contributing to the production of vital pharmaceutical products. This role is ideal for individuals who value precision, safety, and innovation.
Responsibilities
+ Accurately count and verify incoming merchandise.
+ Record product data in inventory systems.
+ Match physical stock with digital records.
+ Handle packaging and shipping tasks.
+ Inspect shipments to ensure they are undamaged and properly dated.
+ Maintain product quality and compliance with labeling standards.
+ Ensure accuracy in documentation and shipment preparation.
+ Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively in a manufacturing setting.
Essential Skills
+ Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Understanding of sterilization and sanitation processes.
+ Attention to detail.
+ General labor experience in manufacturing and packaging.
+ Inventory management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
+ Experience in a warehouse, laboratory, or cleanroom environment.
Work Environment
Production Technicians work in a highly regulated environment that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Cleanroom certification is required for certain roles, especially those involving vial filling and capping. The position involves standing and working in a fast-paced environment, with shifts from 6am - 2:30pm or 10am - 7pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.
