    Bi-Lingual Production Lead – Arlington, TX

     

    Pay: $22-25/hr.

    Hours: 7am - 4pm, OT as needed

    **Adecco is hiring immediately for a Production Lead** to support a leading manufacturer of high-quality cabinetry, countertops, and home products located in **Arlington, TX** .     Job Summary

    The Production Lead will oversee daily operations on the assembly floor, ensuring workflow efficiency, quality control, and team safety. This role requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to resolve production challenges effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Train, coach, and support team members on assembly processes, tools, and safety procedures

    + Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to maintain optimal efficiency and minimize downtime

    + Operate and maintain production equipment and tools, including saws, routers, and power tools

    + Measure, cut, and assemble materials to exact specifications

    + Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards

    + Troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates or recommendations to management

    + Enforce company safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA standards

    Qualifications & Skills

    + **Bilingual (English/Spanish) required**

    + Experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or related manufacturing environment preferred

    + Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team

    + Strong understanding of workflow optimization and quality control

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

    Work Environment

    + Indoor warehouse/assembly setting

    + Exposure to dust, noise, and production materials

    + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

    + May require weekend work based on production needs

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
