    Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Pharmacy Care Coordinator for a healthcare organization in San Antonio, TX!

    Position Details:

    • **Type:** Contract position

    • **Schedule:** Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday

    • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (training hours same as regular schedule)

    • **Pay:** $17 to $19 per hour

    • **Location:** San Antonio, TX 78257

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and respond to escalated pharmacy inquiries from all communication channels, including phone queue, portal, claims queue, department email, or fax.

    • Coordinate and assist with the initial screening of MAP enrollment requests across all communication venues, including administrative preparation for clinical staff.

    • Conduct inbound and outbound calls for program requirements such as patient scheduling, surveys, screenings, reminder calls, census management, and material distribution.

    • Initiate processes for granting, modifying, denying, or terminating assistance, or refer applicants to other agencies as appropriate.

    • Collect and maintain eligibility information accurately and confidentially.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or call center preferred

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
