    Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Foreclosure Coordinator in Irving, TX!**

     

    Pay rate: $23/hr

     

    Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 830a-530p or 9a-6p (TBD)

    Our ideal **Foreclosure Coordinator** must be able to:

    + Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.

    + Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.

    + Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation.

    + Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.

    + Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure.

    + Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships.

    + Communicates with owners, vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.

    + Coordinates and processes all mailings.

    + Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.

    + County E-recordings

    + Prepare and send Reinstatement Quotes

    + Accounting items such as invoicing and check deposits

    + Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

    Education/Certification Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Experience requirements for this **Foreclosure Coordinator:**

    + 1+ years of directly related real estate office experience

    + Foreclosure processing, document preparation, and recording experience preferred

    + Strong customer service skills

    + Proficient with MS Office Suite

    + Excellent time management and leadership skills

    + Self-starter, problem-solver, and team oriented

    + Ability to work well under pressure

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
