Do you love working as a social worker and want to be able to work from the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week then we have the perfect job for you.

Adecco is recruiting for a client located close to the Doral area in zip code 33172 that needs social workers with a Bachelor’s Degree to work in a call center providing guidance and informing of government programs available to the patient. Work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Training pay is $16.50 but after you complete the temp to hire you get $1+ per hour increase and our client has a great benefits package. This is a Temp to Hire job opportunity.

Qualifications for this job are:

+ Must have a Bachelors Degree.

+ Must be able to train for 3 weeks in office all 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

+ Must be very patient and have lots of empathy to help customers over the phone.

+ Must be able to work all day answering call center phone calls.

+ Needs to be fluent in English. Other additional languages like Spanish or Creole are a plus but not necessary.

+ Preferably someone who worked as a social worker or in a medical office or a high volume call center.

+ Must be able to clear drug test and criminal background check.

Job Benefits:

+ After the 3 weeks of training, will be working 3 days from the office, located close to Doral, and 2 days from home.

+ After the temp to hire completion and our client offers you the perm job you will be accruing PTO from day one (which gives you 20 PTO days on the first year of employment) and our client has Medical, Vision, Dental, Medical Gap, Short-term Disability Insurance and 401K plan. Plus, they pay 10 Holidays per year.

+ You get at least a $1 raise after you complete the temp to hire basis.

+ Client will provide computer.

Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay $16.50 per hour for the first 3-4 month Temp to Hire period and then $17.50+ after going permanent with the client.
