    Adecco has partnered with a leading Manufacturer to hire **Production Operators + Machine Operators** in **Portland, ME** ! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in a fast-paced production environment. These positions are temp-to-hire with the support to provide long-term career growth!

    Schedules + Shift Offerings:

    + 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 7AM - 3:30PM

    + 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 3:30PM - 12AM

    + 3rd Shift - Monday - Thursday - 10-Hour Shifts - 6:30PM - 5AM

    Job Duties:

    + Operating and maintaining production equipment

    + Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed

    + Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized

    + Working collaboratively with others while staying productive independently

    Requirements:

    + Motivation and attention to detail

    + Basic technical and computer skills

    + Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)

    + Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

    + Comfort with basic math is a plus

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
