**Now Hiring:** Travel Registered Nurse Manager – Duluth, MN

**Schedule:** 13 Weeks | 7a-330p or 8a-430p | Holiday and Weekend rotation expected

**Expected Start date** : 12/1 or 12/15

Key responsibilities:

+ Leadership role responsible for the daily operations of the ED, including staff supervision, patient care oversight, and budget

+ Responsible for scheduling, performance evaluations, compliance and managing the department’s resources to maintain a safe and efficient environment

+ Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols

+ Fostering a positive team environment, collaborating with other departments, and addressing staff and patient concerns

Qualifications:

+ Active RN license in Minnesota

+ Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree Preferred

+ Minimum 15 years total nursing experience

+ Minimum 8 years ED nursing experience

+ **Minimum of 5 years ED leadership experience**

+ AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC Required

+ Epic experience is required

Pay Breakdown:

+ $1,800 per week (taxable)

+ $1,715 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

**Pay Details:** $3,515.00 per week
