Warehouse Associate

**Pay Rate:** $ 18.25/hour

Shift Options:

+ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Friday and Sunday off)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated **Warehouse Associates** to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring that freight and inventory are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable management team that values teamwork, growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.

+ Read and process customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to determine items for movement, distribution, or shipment.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse to ensure accessibility for staff and customers.

+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while completing assigned tasks.

+ Assemble products, stock inventory, and participate in periodic inventory counts.

+ Communicate with drivers to confirm load status and ensure on-time deliveries.

+ Verify that daily pickups and deliveries arrive in good condition and meet schedule expectations.

Qualifications

+ Basic written and verbal communication skills.

+ Basic computer literacy.

+ Ability to work various shifts, including potential evenings, nights, or weekends as needed.

+ Prior dock or warehouse experience preferred, especially within the transportation or logistics industry.

+ Experience using handheld scanners and loading/unloading trailers a plus.

+ Strong critical thinking skills to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions.

Physical Requirements

+ Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to **75 pounds** .

+ Ability to safely load and unload trucks.

**Pay Details:** $18.25 per hour
