    Job Title: Production Technician

    Job Description

    As a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your role involves manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers. You will follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.

    + Follow detailed instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and technical drawings.

    + Ensure quality and consistency in production processes.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cGMP standards.

    + Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, general production, warehouse, data entry, assembly line, and packaging.

    + Basic computer skills to complete training modules.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 1 year of production experience (preferred but not required).

    + Team-oriented mindset.

    + Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.

    + Ability to occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours per day, with possible overtime. Experience cleanroom conditions with humidity over 30% and temperatures between 60–70°F. Wear required gowning including gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, and adhere to no makeup or jewelry policy. Engage in frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Utilize hand tools and equipment, understand chemical hygiene, and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
