    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. You will be an integral part of our production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency in various departments.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery in the molding and assembly departments.

    + Perform machine operating tasks, with opportunities available for Spanish speakers.

    + Operate forklifts/AGVs with required prior experience.

    + Perform quality inspections, requiring the ability to read rulers, scales, and distinguish color variances.

    + Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet production goals.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to operate production machinery.

    + Experience with forklifts for specific roles.

    + Proficiency in reading rulers and scales, and distinguishing color variances for quality inspection roles.

    + Basic understanding of production processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to speak, understand, and read English.

    + Experience in general labor or production roles is beneficial.

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in a welcoming orientation on Tuesdays, with the opportunity to start your assigned shift promptly.     Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
