    Job Title: Inspector Packer (Day & Night Shift Available!)

    Job Description

    The Inspector Packer is responsible for visually inspecting manufactured parts coming off the production line for defects, assembling parts as needed, and packaging quality products in accordance with policy, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects.

    + Assemble parts as necessary.

    + Package quality products following established procedures.

    + Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    + Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Intermediate computer skills to generate reports.

    + Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

    + Experience with weigh scales.

    + Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift and lift a minimum of 15 to 20 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Injection or blow molding experience is a plus.

    + Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making abilities.

    + Potential for growth within the company.

    + Forklift operation, inventory management, RF scanner, and loading experience.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean plastics manufacturing environment. The role involves light work, requiring exertion of up to 20 pounds of force occasionally. You will be protected from weather conditions but may experience temperature changes and noise levels requiring raised voices. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, and chemicals is part of the job. Additionally, there is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.35/hr.
