Adult Division
College of Arts and Sciences – Psychology Department
The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the department’s Adult Division at the rank of either Assistant Professor (tenure-track) or Associate Professor (tenure-eligible). The start date of the appointment is August 15, 2026. The specific area of focus is open and could include, but is not limited to: basic research on affect, cognitive (learning, memory, attention) and social processes, mechanistic studies related to mental health, and clinical science. We also welcome outstanding scholars with expertise in one or more of the following methods: lab-based experimental, naturalistic, computational, mobile health/digital phenotyping, and/or cognitive neuroscience. Individuals with interests in data science, including advanced quantitative techniques, big data, computational approaches, and machine learning are especially encouraged to apply.
