    Construction Laborer – $18–23/hr

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist carpenters and tradespeople with site prep, cleanup, and material handling

    + Operate basic hand and power tools

    + Support framing, drywall, insulation, and finish crews as needed

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

    + Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

    Requirements:

    + 1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

    + Ownership of basic tools

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    + Willingness to commute to Ephrata job sites

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
