1st shift MIG Welder:

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform MIG welds on custom display components

+ Operate punch press and grinding tools (if experienced)

+ Read and interpret blueprints

+ Assist with fabrication and production tasks

What You Bring:

+ Welding certification or current enrollment in a welding class

+ Industrial welding experience is a plus

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Work Environment:

+ 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional Saturday shifts during peak times, typically 4 hours)

+ Physical work: standing for 8–10 hours, lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally

+ Five welding cells with 3–5 team members each

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belvidere, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
