• Glass Manufacturing Machine Operator – 4-Day Workweek!

**Location:** Vineland, NJ

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (3-day weekends every week!)

**Pay:** $20–$35/hour based on experience

• About the Role

Join a fast-paced, precision-driven glass manufacturing team where your skills make a visible impact. We’re looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to operate industrial saws and glass fabrication machinery. Whether you're new to the industry or bring years of experience, we offer hands-on training and room to grow.

• What You’ll Do

+ Operate shrink machines (vertical, horizontal, rotary) and other glass processing equipment

+ Perform tasks like bottoming, snap cutting, fire polishing, hot cutting, and material prep

+ Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and part drawings

+ Conduct first article inspections and verify product specs

+ Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to inspect parts

+ Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain production flow

+ Keep accurate production records and scan jobs using Visual Manufacturing software

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• What You Bring

+ Experience with machine or saw operation (preferred but not required)

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Basic math and computer skills

+ Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vineland, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
