**Pay:** $85,000 – $100,000 annually + bonus potential
**Staffing Type:** Direct Placement
**Schedule:** Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
**Departments:** Final Assembly & Coil Shop
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on **Production Supervisor** to lead operations in the manufacturing of heat transfer coils. This high-impact leadership role oversees 50–90 employees and is responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You’ll manage people, processes, and systems while making data-driven decisions that directly influence performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and support production teams in Final Assembly or Coil Shop
+ Hire, train, and retain skilled coil shop personnel
+ Ensure production meets engineering drawings and BOM specifications
+ Promote and enforce safety protocols; proactively address hazards and concerns
+ Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development
+ Resolve personnel issues fairly and consistently
+ Monitor production schedules and optimize throughput
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer expectations
+ Recommend improvements to equipment and facilities
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
+ Operate within budgeted labor standards
Must-Have Qualifications
+ 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience at a single employer
+ Proven supervisory experience managing teams and production systems
+ Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
+ Data-driven mindset with ability to adjust production based on metrics
+ ERP system experience (RAE uses IFS)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
+ Familiarity with leadership books like _Theory of Constraints_ and _The Goal_
+ **Demonstrated production impact (e.g., “Led 15 people to produce $60M in output”)**
+ **HVAC or refrigeration industry experience**
+ **Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification**

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
