Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the machine operator to ensure top-quality production. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

+ Assist the machine operator to ensure the highest quality production.

+ Support changeovers efficiently and effectively.

+ Collect and stage production supplies correctly within the warehouse.

+ Perform quality control checks to maintain product standards.

+ Maintain accurate records of production activities.

+ Collaborate effectively in a production and manufacturing environment.

+ Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

+ Communicate effectively, including verbal and written communication, listening, problem-solving, and information exchange.

+ Build and sustain strong working relationships with team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
