Job Title: Boiler Engineer
Job Description
As a Boiler Engineer, you will play a critical role in monitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS) from the control room. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and maintaining the system to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor the BMS system from the control room.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
+ Perform boiler maintenance and repair tasks.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on low-pressure steam engines.
+ Ensure electrical and facilities maintenance is up to standard.
Essential Skills
+ 2nd Engineer License is required.
+ Experience with boiler maintenance and low-pressure steam engines.
+ Proficiency in BMS and automation systems.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in control room operations.
+ Familiarity with maintenance repair techniques.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
