+ 🔍 **Read & interpret** blueprints and work orders

+ 📏 **Measure & cut** materials using hand tools and tape measures

+ 🔩 **Assemble** components with drills and fasteners

+ 🧼 **Maintain** a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S)

+ 📣 **Communicate** issues to leads and supervisors

+ ✅ **Meet quality standards** and production timelines

•** **What You Bring

+ 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience

+ Blueprint reading & tape measure skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours

+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

+ Basic computer skills & PPE knowledge (steel toes, eye/ear protection)

•** **Bonus Points For

+ Metal fabrication or progressive stamping experience

+ Fraction-to-decimal conversion skills

+ OSHA certification

+ Quality inspection experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
