    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Provide advanced administrative support to the Senior Director and unit leaders including calendar management, document management, office management

    + Serve as a key partner in coordinating the day-to-day functions of the Facilities Finance, Quality, and Business Operations unit, bridging administrative, financial, and operational priorities to support organizational goals and enhance overall effectiveness.

    + Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, publications, etc. and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.

    + Demonstrates proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio), Google Workspace tools, Banner Finance, and e-procurement platforms, WordPress and Canva. Effectively uses these tools and other information systems to support administrative efficiency.

    + Create, enter and track procurement and e-commerce transactions, travel/training activities, etc. in accordance with university policies.

    Minimum Experience / Education:

    Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

    + Graduation from a two year business administration program with one year of experience.

    + Experience supporting leadership in a higher education, finance or facilities environment,

    + Experience in preparing documentation, correspondence, electronic communication, PowerPoint presentations, manuals, etc., and updating web content.

    + Commitment to continuous improvement, customer service and operational excellence.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy and professionalism.

    + Effective skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

    + Knowledge and skill with Google Suite Applications, Banner Finance, Concur, Canva, WordPress and Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate or advanced skills in using Excel. Willingness to learn campus-specific and new programs.
