Aerospace Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking to expand our team of talented Assembly Technicians. Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
+ Gather all necessary materials and tools to complete the assembly process.
+ Assemble components accurately and efficiently in accordance with specifications.
+ Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience as an aerospace assembler, preferably 5+ years.
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
+ Strong understanding of mechanical principles and tools.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Experience with riveting, countersinking, and blueprint reading.

Work Environment
Work in an aerospace manufacturing and machine shop environment, using a variety of hand and power tools, including riveters, hand and air drills, and arbor press. This role involves interpreting Boeing blueprints and assembling interior aerospace components, primarily for Boeing aircrafts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
