    Job Title: Concrete Carpenter, $30/hr.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The role involves working from 6-6:30am to 2-2:30pm, with potential for up to 50 hours weekly if needed. You will be working across two sites, engaging in both structural and finishing tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and build forms for concrete structures.

    + Pour, spread, and smooth concrete using various tools.

    + Install doors and set door hardware.

    + Install windows.

    + Layout for stairs and common rafters.

    + Read blueprints and perform layout using appropriate math skills.

    + Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns.

    + Utilize pumping, placing, and finishing techniques for concrete.

    + Place concrete slabs on grade and elevated decks.

    + Conduct rigging and signaling for safe operations.

    + Communicate effectively and understand verbal and written instructions.

    + Organize, sequence, and perform tasks within the given schedule.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in concrete, construction, and carpentry.

    + Proficiency in concrete form, finishing, and construction.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Strong skills in general labor, hand tools, and framing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of five years’ experience in construction.

    + Reliable transportation is required.

    + Willingness to work within a 50-mile radius.

    + Ability to work in various seasonal and weather conditions.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
