    Job Title: Service Technician

    Job Description

    The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems at customer sites or company facilities. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Significant travel is involved to ensure that the equipment provided is always maintained and in top working order.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems according to specifications and safety standards.

    + Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.

    + Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.

    + Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

    + Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    + Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction.

    + Assist the Product Division and Sales Department by solving field problems, clarifying customer requirements, and providing technical product support.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A minimum of a technical certificate or associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology is required.

    + A minimum of two years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment installation is required.

    + Hydraulic systems experience is preferred.

    + A minimum of two years' experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

    + Knowledge of fluid power is preferred.

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Position may be located in a variety of environments including office settings, manufacturing facilities, and on-site customer visits. During the training period, you will shadow members of the product management group and work side by side until you are ready to operate independently.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Leetsdale, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50960.00 - $52000.00/yr.
